The DVD flood frequency tool has been replaced by the web-based application called StreamStats. The DVD tool originally developed for Arc 9.3 is no longer being supported. The functionality of the original flood frequency tool plus enhancements are all in StreamStats.

Flooding has been a serious problem in many parts of New York State. The Flood Investigations project is an ongoing project funded in cooperation with the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) to provide documentation of floods and flood hydrology and hydraulics research.
